At Kibbles, we are proud to be innovators. We are pleased to bring you a new website design process that best suits the needs of small businesses. When you invest in a Kib*Site, you'll have a secret competitive advantage - and it's in our process.

Our Process

ORDER. Order a Kib*Site through our Web Store. Include any add-ons and services you would like right away. You can always buy add-ons later if you will not be using them right away.
SCHEDULE. Our customer service team will contact you to set up a design meeting, and to get some initial information from you.
DESIGN MEETING. At the design meeting, you will work interactively with a Kib*Site designer to customize the theme to suit your branding needs, including colors, font styles, textures, banner, menu design, logo, etc. Since you are a part of the design process, there's no surprises about your design.
INSTALLATION. Kibbles will install your Kib*Site with your customized theme and send you an email with your private account information within 10 business days.
OWNERSHIP. You can then log into your Kib*Site and edit your home page, create new pages, upload images, and utilize our ownership lifecycle tools below.

Ownership Lifecycle

You could own your new Kib*Site for 5 years or more, depending on the needs of your business. Owning a Kib*Site is a bit like owning a house:

Create, edit, and delete content, images, information, etc. on a monthly basis.
Invest in specific Add-On functionality to improve your business, like a newsletter, a support ticket system, or a shopping cart.
Utilize services as you need them. Have a special promotion? Promoting an event and want to use social media?
Add on additional users, editorial or administrative roles
